ParishStaq by PushPay Instructions
We have a new Church Management System called “ParishStaq by PushPay.”
This new system brings together multiple services that, before now, had to be managed separately (i.e. Ministry Scheduler Pro, Adoration Pro, ParishSoft, etc). Faith formation attendance and sacrament records, adoration and liturgical scheduling, financial giving and our parish registration database now all reside under one system.
The image on the right provides screenshots of what each page will look like during the process. If you encounter any issues or need assistance, please contact our System Administrator Robert Ponce at 405-372-6886.
Once access is granted, please check your profile information (address, phone number, email, etc.) and update or add any missing information. For families, be sure to check your children’s information for accuracy. If you are missing any sacramental information, please contact Cindy Beckman at cindy@sfxstillwater.org.
Please begin with “Request Account” from the blue “LOGIN PAGE” button above before downloading and logging into the My Church app.

Our new Church Management System also includes a convenient mobile app! Stay connected by accessing Mass and Confession times, exploring key areas of our website like Faith Formation and Sacraments, making secure donations, and finding all of our social media links—all in one place, right in the palm of your hand.
The My Church app is available for Apple and Android. Use the links to download the app today!
To log into the app, you must first “Request Account” using the information provided in the above section.
Preference Setting Instructions for Liturgical Ministers
If you serve as a Liturgical Minister (Greeter, Usher, Reader, Altar Server, etc.), watch the video below to learn how to set your scheduling preferences so the Volunteer Coordinator can schedule you accordingly. Meet our new Liturgical Ministry Volunteer Coordinator. She and her husband Christopher reside in Stillwater. Katie is a graduate of OSU, now working in the alumna center. She enjoys Red Rock Cafe and is an avid golfer.
